to follow on this - i have a looseness when going around a turn and hitting a bump with the unweighted tire. it feels a little clunky. I have replaced the LCA bushings with polys not that long ago. It feels like the tie between steering wheel and wheel is a little loose. Is this likely tie...
FYI, the IJOY actuator i bought off amazon failed after two years. of course i put another one in because amazon was the fastest way to get the part to me. here's looking at another 2 years of opening! maybe it was just a bad batch... who knows.
It's easy enough with it on. Just use a syringe and suck out the old oil. then replace. Call superchargers online for a kit and filling instructions. cheap. plus, they are sometimes low on oil or the oil is broken down by 60k.
Well I would imagine the previous owner would have a flasher. And should have come with the car. But most of the gains become from the pulleys plus the tune. So you would have to pull the belt and look at the belt length and or pulley size. It’s an 8dpk1461mm belt.
It does throw an incorrect...
Bank 1, sensor 3 and bank 1 sensor 1 are throwing codes. And the park input circuit algorithm based failure code came up.
Bought a total O2 sensor kit from AB ($$) and I’ll just replace them all. Then for the park sensor, has anyone had this issue? We will check the wiring harness and...
The big dog Cwa 100 looks similar to that. https://tecomotive.com/download/datasheets/CWA100_EN.pdf Hard to know without a spec sheet on that magma part.
It’s my understanding that SC is relative boost psi. Because you are tied to the RPM of the engine mechanically. So same RPM in compressor at same rpm engine no matter the altitude. Just less dense air higher up. If you live at altitude you would want a different ratio pulley to maintain the...
I did it all at once. And the pump is a kind of “cross your ts and dot your Is” kind of a thing. It would not be noticeable in most driving situations to the seat of your pants even though It may be functioning. For those tuning this SC for track use in a jag or cobalt ss or whatever they are...
how deep do you want to go?
thats the compressor map for the supercharger. Rpm x pulley ratio gives you charger speed. There is obvious diminishing returns from a cooling system that pumps a higher flow rate through the same sized cooling surface area (the front mount intercooler) because of...

I drive mine a bit harder than the body roll wants. I get 14.3 mpg with both pulleys done. That’s a constant 85+ on the highway and banging through la city traffic. It has bumped up around .5 mpg since the new plugs. And I upgraded to a higher flow Bosch inter cooler pump.
Interesting. There is this service bulletin which says don’t do anything when this fault comes up. Weird.
