My Big Fat Costco fail
I love my local discount tire place, but even they are freaked out by land rovers. They were really scared of the air suspension. I think some older models, P38, etc had the risk of blowing up the air bags if you didnt handle things correctly. Im not sure of the details. -

Running Winter/Snow tires in relatively warmer temperature areas
Using any true winter tire in above freezing temps... and summers in new york state... makes little sense to me. Just buy another set of wheels and get some good tires for the warmer temps. You extend the lift of the winter tires drastically if you do that. -
Infotainment problems
Sad that the dealer was so unwilling to help you more with this... Just sounds like a bad switch that keeps firing when you don't want it. Either the module for the steering wheel controls is bad or one of the switches that feed into it. I'd unplug the switches and start with that. -
