V6 starting Problem
I was under the impression that fuel pumps do not go out slowly. I thought that if it was a fuel pump, it would go out REAL fast and not start up again. Could be wrong on this....- Slam

Sergei, good call on the alpine deck! I run all alpine and JL. Got two amps and a sub. It is REAL loud. The crackle could either be from a short or a blown speaker (doubt it). Check the connections behind the deck and the speaker that is crackling. Are all the speakers crackling? or just... -

Another newbie to the world of LR's
Mike, My passenger side floor was wet when I bought my rover. I just took it to the dealer and they used pressurized air to blow out the A/C tubing. Junk came out, and I never had any problems again. Welcome aboard!- Slam

Oil Cost Too Much!!!
I just received this letter... I just spent $150.00 to get my oil changed. What is the deal with this? Do you have to have synthetic 5w/50 oil, a special filter, or any amazing parts for it to cost this? I am told they have to remove a large cover to even change the oil. V8 Disco poor starter / rich running
A letter I received today.... I don't know if you can think of a common fault that would cause my son's 1995 3.9 V8 Discovery to fail to start. We have tried everything we can think of (including borrowing a Testbook system) to cure the fault(s). If we add a jump battery and really crank it... -

Problems with my disco :(
I would take it to an exhaust specialty store that puts on flowmasters. They will diagnose your exhaust for free (since they want to sell you a flowmaster) and ask them if they can save the exhaust. It might just be a simple welding job.
