Greasy transmission, should I be worried?
Usually, on the rear mains seal leaks you would see oil coming from the weep hole at the front of the trans. Looks more like a valve cover gasket leak.- Rover Range

Single LED brake light not working (LH): C111B-11 92F
The trailer wiring probably caused your problem. I would remove the added on harness. The brake lights are controlled by the Body Control module via transistors. When these transistors detect a short, the will shut power off to that circuit. I don't know if the GAP tool has this feature. But...- Rover Range

Metal in my Oil LR2 2013
The sprockets fail due to poor machining of the housing. There's a weak spot at one of the fasteners. Oil changes and coolant quality has no affect on their life span. Does not seem to be failing on, but a few vehicles.- Rover Range

Feul pump issue on 2017 Discovery
Low fuel levels will cause the pump to run hot. Your vehicle has a "saddle type" fuel tank. So, fuel is siphoned out from the left side and dumped into the right side. The fuel pump is on the right side. When the fuel level is low, the fuel sloshing around can cause the pump to cavitate. Best...- Rover Range

Bleeding brakes and brake reservoir
These reservoirs have three "compartments" . One is for the hydraulic clutch, for vehicles with the manual transmissions. They probably didn't suck all the old fluid out of the reservoir before doing the flush.- Rover Range

That type of failure to the cam sprockets are not uncommon. A rattle on cold start ups that goes away after a few seconds is an indication of eminent failure. I really don't see metal flakes in the oil. Maybe change the oil a couple of times every 500 miles. Best thing to do is send an oil...- Rover Range

Discover 4 2012 with 6HP28 ZF transmission
When I do the trans pan. I remove the transfer case crossmember, the right side motor mount nut, the air intake tube, and the upper fan shroud cover. Jack the motor up from the right side, this will give the room needed to remove the pan.- Rover Range

Drivers Side Floorboard Wet
There are two of these elbows, Both in the front foot well area, Driver's side is up about 12" above the dead pedal. Right side is right next to the fuse box. Pull the right kick panel cover for better access.- Rover Range
