I agree with Azoo.. If you want to see your tranny fluid, a laser pyrometer will work fine.. If you warm the tranny up to 40-50 degrees Celsius and crack the fill plug (leave the truck running), you should get some drips of fluid out that you can compare to the the other drips via smell... -

That coolant is not coming from your transmission. If your coolant was low, that is a pretty strong signal that something has given up the ghost in the coolant system- and it appears to be splashed there from driving. I would wager that it's coming from the rear crossover pipe or somewhere... -
