FWIW, I replaced mine with a LiFePo battery that is smaller and cheaper than stock, and it work(s) fine. Unfortunately, I don't know of an easy way to do that without replacing the battery. If you have an IID GAP tool, there may be a way. When I put the Velocity Tune supercharger pulley on, and had them remap my system, I had them pull the stop-start as part of the ECM reflash. -
