So Friday Night to Saturday The Mid-Atlantic got wrecked by record snow fall... I had been siked since the moment the weather guy spoke the word "Snow" early in the week. Little did I know we'd be getting a total of around 24" in some places!!!
Many of of you Northern Guys may be used to this kind of stuff... but in MD, its a very rare occurrence, we usually see a dusting that lasts a day. Anyway after spending a majority of the day snow blowing and shoveling the driveway and helping the neighbors... I went driving with the intention of going to pick up some groceries, little did I know, all the stores were closed. The highways were one lane and people looked bug eyed as I passed them at 25 mph (probably my first time passing someone on the highway in off road height
)
The LR3 proved to be absolutely amazing once again... I love driving in fresh powder, nothing like it.
Anyway, today I decided to take some pictures... yesterday was too dark and the snow was too thick.
^Gotta love the Close up grill shots covered in snow and ice
^Once I hit the Highway today, my wheels felt SOOO unbalanced (wonder why)
^Parking spot
