Hey everyone, I am in need of some help. The transmission on my 2010 Range Rover sport HSE (non-supercharged) has went out. My husband and I are replacing it ourselves.
We got the transfer case out but after removing the starter to get access to the torque converter bolts it’s damn near looks impossible to get to them. There is a metal ring that is blocking access to them. We are stumped and frankly super frustrated. This has already been such a process.
Does anyone know how to access the torque converter bolts so we can pull the transmission from the back of the motor?
Please help!
