Signal Blinker

whats up guys, had a question on my blinkers. My turn signal lights are working on the left driverside...but the ones on the rightside are on but they are blinking fast. I checked the bulbs and they are ok. A friend told me it could be my blinkers. Is there a blinker switch if so were is it located? The little green box on the dash is blinking fast. Do they carry parts for blinkers. I could be wrong with the blinkers so give me your feedback please because this never happen to me before. You have a bad bulb somewhere... this is what causes the fast flashing on the D1.
