Radio code input problem

That sucks, so pretty much if no code on radio, then forget the factory one then.

that's the way they were designed... don't forget to search carefully through your manuals, and look around the dash for some magic marker...

I just had to replace my battery and got my code from the local dealer and was told, If you have entered more than like 5 or 6 codes in to the radio . . . you will need to leave it powered on saying "code" for about 2 hours before it will accept the code again. that is part of the theft protection. hope this helps.
