In answer to your question, about 450 lumens.
Some will say the rigid is a better product, but not for the difference in cost.
Both are have extruded aluminum frames and the wiring harnesses were comparable. I plugged them both in and saw no difference. to this day I am glad I went with the Tuff Stuff bar and would order again for my other ride (Completely restored 1976 Toyota Landcruiser).
i wouldn't be surprised if the same company builds them both, just makes the dimensions different so as to not step on each others toes.
