Been reading here quite a while and very impressed with the knowledge on display.
Purchased a Galway Green 2011 LR4 HSE Lux via CarMa* with about 45k miles on the odo. in 2013. No HD package.
But did get their extended warranty and I think it's paid for itself already! Things that I can recall replaced :
- high pressure fuel pump (seal to engine block leaking oil)
- something to do with the vacuum sensor in the gas tank.
- water pump
- rear view mirror motor
- and one window switch was installed backwards on a rear door.
Also, while not warranty work, I had a mysterious gash in the third brake light which triggered a replacement. For my life it looked just like someone took a circular saw or grinder wheel to it. I'll look for a pic once I figure out hosting and posting.
