Hi first time post
89 range rover classic, decided to remove immobiliser and alarm seem a good idea at the time wanted to upgrade. now the old girl will turn over but won't fire up. Fuel pump not working with key. Ran seperate feed pumps works. Engine will fire up with fuel put in air intake. Spark at plugs, coil working. can't hear fuel relay click, inernia switch okay. Does any one know a simple remedy. checked C4 fuse okay.
had a real good look at the wiring harness today, whoever put the immobiliser in was very clever, deep in the harness was an inline fuse to the fuel pump relay which had blown some where between battery being disconnected and connected.
Any way the old girl sweet as ever. sorry didn't give any one the chance for a input.
