Headlamps

Hi all,
I have a 2001 Freelander 3door TD4 and I need to change my headlamps to LHD,
I have found some LHD lamps which have the orange indicator on my car this part is clear,

Question is will these 1998 lamps fit my 2001 without any major mods being required?

I am pretty sure they are the same part except for the color, but can be positive. If used, take your old ones and size them up.
