check engine light

Hey guys..i am working on a customers 2000 range rover 4.6 hse

the check engine light is on..we changed the 02 sensors,and still a problem.i looked for the gas filter,but its not near the air tank on the right side...my comp came up with 2 codes
1)p0174-
2)p0171

both are bank 1,and bank 2-

it says system running lean.....i need to get the car to pass inspection to get registered,,,what do i do???thx so much!!!

You do not have a fuel filter on the 2000 RR, second if I were to guess I would clean your MAF Sensor. And check to make sure the air filter lid is closed properly.
