Best Tires Need Help

Hi,
I have a 2006 Range Rover HSE and I am looking for recommendations on tires that will be quiet and work the best and have the best price.

Any help is appreciated. I live in San Francisco and do not use the vehicle for off road.

My LR3 had avon tech and kuhmo tires and they were both excellent but I cannot find these for the range rover.

Hankook Ventus are getting pretty good reviews and for $180 each, you can't beat the price.
