abs light

Yeah i know this question was run into the dirt but, sometime the abs light stays on and sometimes stays off. usally stays off after restaring the truck. is this normal or is it telling me something 98 disco le (97,500 miles)

Could be a few things, ranging from dirty brake fluid to an ABS sensor or the ABS modulator just not working correctly or dirty. Cost to repair could be anywhere from $10 for new fluid to $1000 for new Sensors.

If you want ABS to work correctly it will cost you and I recommend taking it to the dealer.

yeah got it back from a indy-rover mech about a month ago cause the pedal kept pulsing for no reason. cleaned everything and replaced the bulb. not pulsing when not needed but the lights stays on time to time. bringing it back next week for a check up, thanks.
