Update...

ECO mode is now always disabled, regardless of any action. Dealer 'has never seen that' and will likely need the car over the weekend.

If they could just get the dash warning light to go away, I might be OK with that. Kidding - a two week old car should function completely.

That sucks was hoping you would get a good one after waiting all that time. Probably a starter issue as well from what I read.
