2006 fullsize navigation not fitted

so i just bought 2006 full size

the navigation worked just fine
took car to car wash now it says navigation not fitted???

help any experts out there?

I really dont know but I am thinking if you went through a car wash then maybe the satelite receiver on the back top of the roof got hit knocking the system offline. That is purely a guess but I would probably say a good one.
