1997 Range Rover (European spec) help

I am new here and looking to purchase a 1997 Range Rover (Euro Spec) but the cruise cntl, moon roof, heated seats and electronic door lock do not work. Is this a common problem? Is there an easy/inexpensive fix for these issues? Thanks!

Hi I do not believe that to be European model has more problems than other models they are built in the same factory etc the differences are in other issue but none are the ones you asked, so the problem is this was a bad owner with a lack of good maintenance.
Sorry , look for a better one I am sure there are great ones on market ….
