Yes, it took a little while to crank on the first startup (I expected this because there was no fuel in the line) but it ran smooth from there and was out of limp mode immediately. Such a relief! -

It looks like the sound baffles are not slotted behind the hard lines so I might try to remove the pumps with them on. Did you remove the alternator or any if the cables under there? Were you able to just remove the lines from the pumps or did you need to remove the line brackets higher up also... -

Sounds good, thank you. Did you worry about the fuel pump cam position when re-installing the pumps? I have seen some walk throughs with other cars and they say to make sure the cam lobes are all the way down so you are not fighting against them when re-installing. -

haha yeah he's full of confidence that's for sure. I went ahead and ordered the pumps and tappets. I cant find a separate part number for a gasket though. Does anyone know if it needs one? -

Couldn’t wait for an answer… Got the new sensor in, even though the old sensor looked pretty filled with junk, the new sensor did not fix the problem. I have a new low pressure sensor too. Maybe I’ll put that in and see what happens. -

@djkaosone have you ever replaced components on the high pressure system? I’m about to do the sensor and possibly the pumps. I can’t find any guides and the manual doesn’t cover this at all. Wondering if I need to bleed the system afterwards and if so, how? -

I think they replaced the low pressure pump during the flange recall. I also swapped the blower relay and the fuel pump relay, the blower still worked and the fuel problem persisted. I have the fuel rail pressure sensor, I’ll replace that tonight. Does anyone know how to bleed the lines after... -

I have about 140,000 on it, not sure if the pumps have ever been replaced. Another member on here said something about the pumps never actually going bad, just needing the fuel treatment to get them working efficiently. In your opinion is there a service life for the pumps? Why replace the pumps... -

I don’t have an angle grinder, but I do have a tiny hand file! I filed down that spot, put the wheel on, and it was rubbing in a different spot. Ground more off, wheel rubbed more. This cycle repeated about 19 times until I gave up and ordered spacers. The wheels fit with the spacers but... -

There are several stamps on the back side of the spokes. The only one that looks like it might be a weight rating is “1236”. If it is then that would be 2725 lbs. -

I talked to @djkaosone and got the parts list. I was working under the assumption that the LR4 shared front brake calipers with the LR3 but it turns out the LR3's are much smaller. I'm a little nervous now of the reduced braking capability but I'm too deep to change at this point. I should get... -
