4.4 Broken Intake Cam Sproket Bolt/ Cam Locked Up
Hello All, I wrote a week or 2 ago while I was disassembling my new to me Rover. I have found the issue. The Left Bank Intake Cam seized up due to something getting into the Oil Galley. There was mainly one(bearing) that caused the seizure, but 2 more had light scarring. Whats my best...- nicksrover

Removing Timing cover from 4.4
I just purchased this 2006 LR3 4.4 SE from an auction. Overall nice car , and going to give it a shot in fixing. Left bank(when looking back at the front of the motor) all has good compressions in the 150's-160's. All on the right bank are 0-15psi. I have discovered that this is a...- nicksrover
