Also, I use the “S” gear setting when running downhill or really anytime I want engine brakes.

On a different matter, I have been in touch with Land Rover Rochester NY.
They also suggested disconnecting the battery and watching behaviour.
I did have a chance to disconnect the battery, but I did not have an opportunity to drive it after that.
Fuji White is now with my D at University and I will not have an opportunity to drive it for at least several months if not longer.
I will post an update - whenever that occurrs.
