Transfer box neutral

Hi,
I have a Vogue with transfer box neutral showing on the interface, it will not move. I want to beleive that the gear is in neutral and not selecting either 4W nor 2W drives, how do I get it out of the mess?

Check the fuse box behind the glover box. there is a 5 amp fuse that puts the transfer box in neutral when towing the truck on all 4 wheels. in 2005 it's fuse #37.
