Gentlemen (and ladies),

I've managed to get my hands on a 6' x 4' Sunseeker Phoenix sunroof from an LSE Range Rover. It's very similar to the webasto cloth sunroofs fiitted to MGB GT's etc. but just a lot bigger and with an electric motor.

It was an aftermarket fit due to the rough cut hole in the roof, but had a vinyl covered glass fibre lid that sat over the entire roof down to the gutters with the sunroof fitted into the centre.

Has anyone else seen one, own one? I'm currently refurbishing it, but it's not as straight forward to dismantle as I'd like. Does anyone have any assembly/service info on them or can anyone help with advice on how to get to the rearmost roof fixings under the cloth?

I've tried looking for the manufacturers, but can't find anything on them.

Thanks in advance,

Andy

sunroof ?????????

hi

just read your post, i have a range rover with the same roof. mine is working ok the only problem i have is one of the drive gears has broken. cannot find anyone who knows about the roof. the folding top is ok but has shrunk on sides so you can see the ends of the support bars. the only thing i need for it is the gear. but no-one seems to know anything. if you have had more luck please let me know. diagrams, pictures, parts list or anyother info would be much appriciated.
thanks

ivan.
