Rear door issue

Hi,

I’ve a:
Range Rove Evoque SD4 Dynamic 2.2 diesel ( 190HP)
4x4
Automatic Transmission
From 2014

Left side rear door don’t open from inside and outside. The door only open if the car is locked and if I open it with the intelligent key.

Do you have any tip to solve this?
