265/75/16 on a coil converted P38

I have a 1998 P38 with spring conversion looking at 265/75/16 will these fit?
Not doing any serious off roading Getting a realy good deal on them.
Any Quck response will be apriciated, need to act fast !!!!

I have a 2" lift coil conversion and 245/75r/16 tires with no problem.
