2004 Freelander SE vs HSE

I have a 2004 Freelander SE and i am looking to upgrade and get a newer less mileage Freelander and I have come across one that is the HSE option. What are the specific differences betweent the 2004 SE and HSE?? I can't seem to find any differences except the price lol also are there differences between the 2004 and 2005 freelander?? This is my first post so any info is helpful =)
