Winch recommendations for ARB deluxe bumper
It ain't hard. Steel bumpers, skids, winch, rack, full size spare, etc. I haven't weighed mine lately, but it is over 8K, without a doubt. -
Air Suspension
Yep, Build Mode/Transport Mode/Tight Tolerance Mode, whatever you want to call it. No manual switch, though. There is that mystery dangling pigtail near the battery harness, though. Anybody know what that is used for pre-delivery? -

That is an interesting comment. Holding both the V6 and V8 parts in my hands, the V6 part seems much better made and heavier duty than the bonded together V8 part. At the end of the day, unless someone comes out with a better mousetrap, I think the best course of action is to replace them... -

Rotating 5.0L Engine Manually
I'm about to pull the intake to replace the front/rear crossovers, so I'm thinking I might buy the needed bits and walnut blast the intake ports/valves while I am in there. Anything to keep in mind on these when rotating the engine manually to close the intake valves on the cylinder being... -

Interesting, as I was wondering the same thing. Mine is a 2012, and the ebay engine lists it as compatible with a 2012. I did check that much before I bought it. I guess we will see. -
Replacing Front Strut Assemblies
It is not a technically difficult job, but can be a PIA. Difficulty comes from accessing the inboard top bolt. Consider going at it from under the hood, or using a stubby, ratcheting head wrench. Other PIA for me was getting the lower control arm lined up to run the bottom strut bolt through... -

If you used two pieces, then you have the new part. The old part was a single piece that look like it was plastic welded together. I can post a picture once I get my old one out as it is definitely the old style. -

Mine is a 5.0. It's on third water pump, but not giving me issues right now, so unless I see something when I get into it I think I will leave it. Crossovers were last done around 40Kish and at 91K now, so it's about time. Especially with a revised part released. Rear pipe should deliver... -

Mine is throwing that code now. No CEL, just the code stored in memory. Mine never threw it before I premptively replaced that DTML pump, so I'm not looking real smart there.:) Not much to offer, just an observation. Mine has an extra fuel tank as well, so probably not real applicable to... -

Wet Driver floorboard 2011 LR4
pop sunroof, remove interior A-column trim. You will see some drain holes towards the outside forward edges of the sunroof. From the inside, you will see some plastic tubing and connectors that connect to these holes. You need to get those unclogged. LOW pressure compressed air works fairly... -

Check those PCVs and give the throttle body a good cleaning by hand before you start thinking about injectors -
Lucky 8 LR4 ARB Rear Locker
Have you called them to ask? Very friendly every time I have spoken with them. Good luck. I know a lot of guys say you can get by just fine without one, but not once have I regretted having the lockers in mine. -

I seem to remember mention of a failure mode similar to this years ago. Basically coolant line ruptures and dumps coolant, no warning on dash because coolant no longer reaching temp sensor and then block gets cooked as a result. -
