No airing down will make it worse. You are asking for serious trouble poking around in the bush on those continental street tires. If you insist on playing captain backroad alone get some decent tires. There is a reason there is endless threads on fitting 18" tires to the LR4. For 19" in stock... -

Low miles or not the fact is this is an 11 year old vehicle with complicated systems. When everything is working it is a great vehicle but it will require more $ and TLC than lets say a Honda Pilot or something of that ilk. My LR4 and LR3 cost about $0.10/km in maintenance while my Honda is... -

Always OEM clips and don't reuse. I am on the 5th windshield and have used them all; Pilk, Fuyao, PGW, St Gobain. So far the Fuyao has held up best but could be just luck. -
