Knockoff crossover and perhaps the shop didn't take the time to clean the ports thoroughly well where the new crossover seats to. Or they didn't do it at all and charged the guy...
Two things. 1) Don't buy auto parts off of ebay. 2) I suggest Mobil 5W-20 EP high mileage. A little seal conditioner at those miles is not a bad idea unless you like weeping valve covers and vacuum pumps :)
Akebonos euro blend? I am a fan of Akebonos on my Honda but not sure if the regular ones have the bite of OEM Land Rover. They feel wooden. The Euro formulation may change that?
IMO you can do yourself if you have aptitude , a secure garage and lots of time. A project if you will. If this is your only daily driver then a DIY timing chain job is going to suck on many levels.
Looks good and is functional but I always have a hard time added mass to an already weight challenged platform. Unavoidable to a certain extent but every lb added detracts from performance.
I just did a simple flush with no problems, no electronic wizardry. Brakes are always fun on these things. Usually rotors every second pad change. Lately rotors have been Zimmermann or Brembo. Pads have been Brembos.
ps. Use a low viscosity brake fluid! Usually I use Pentosin.
Buy decent LCAs. Meyle HD are good. I got them through lucky8. Stock LR ones will ride the best but as you know are good for 50-75k miles before the hydro bushing craps out.

Champion? Throw them away and put in the proper OE plugs (NGK) or Denso. No stupid multi ground gimmick plugs either. Good chance your misfire goes away with the proper plugs. *** is wrong with people? I barely trust them in my mower lol.
