I suspected that too until yesterday I tried to see what I could do. I went out and pulled that leather tight and it would not reach back under the trim where it’s supposed to go. It’s like the leather has shrunk and now it’s too small. I mean, even the threads are pulling out of the seams.
Crazy how just 6.2mm difference is the one that makes the vehicle undrivable on the bumpstops.
Thanks for the info, I’ll now be looking for the correct size after finding a good wheel to fit. With the 265/65-18 are there any offset limits for the wheel? I was planning on the 06 LR3 wheels plus...
No accident that was reported. This was a one owner vehicle in Florida before I bought it.
It is actually peeling up from under the trim that has the defog vents. It is very strange and I have not found anyone else with this issue.
Thanks, the interior is in really good shape for 101500 miles! Only issue inside is the dash is peeling away from the windshield area.

Anyone have a solution for this? First day out in the parking lot at work, and it has gotten very bad. I’d like to fix it but a used upper dash is $500, and looks to be a nightmare to get it out.
Sadly, I’m in the same boat. The factory size is the only real option. The terraincontacts seem to be a good option. I have continental 4x4 contacts on mine in the stock size. These are very much a street tire.
What size tire are you planning? A software lift will get you about 35mm ish of lift for the normal setting, but each truck is different. If you’re planning on lifting permanently, I’d suggest the rods.

Just bough this 2 weeks ago. It was a one owner truck in Florida. I drove an 18 hour round trip to get this guy. So far it has been as great as I remember from the Land Rover experience where I first met the brand.
