Snow Chains

Differential, transfer case, driveshaft ... Your guess?
There's a tsb to add a weight to the transfer case to solve a problem described like this. Some sort of resonance thing with vibration of the trans/transfer case. -

Transmission concerns
I've heard of bad front diffs but it'd not very common on the LR4. It's fairly common in the 3. Tires can do a lot of weird things, are you sure it's not the rubber causing the vibration? -
Rear Locker
I believe that is correct. I suspect a person could use oem hardware and rig a way to manually control it, but haven't tried this (and realistically probably won't as for my uses the traction co tntr gets the job done just fine) -
A new oil filter on every oil change?
I change the filter ever oil change at 5k miles. I don't know that it's necessary but I'm sure it doesn't hurt and it's cheap and easy enough I don't see a reason to chance it. -
More sidewall for 19in wheels - tire options
The think the Scorpion and Goodyear eagle are available in 255/60r19 in XL load range. I would not do a standard load range. Fwiw I thought the ride on my LR4 was quite comfortable with stock size tires from michlin. Is it possible your tires are just unusalunu firm or over inflated... -

Another tire/wheel thread: 19" vs 18"
+38 should be fine with an 8" rim. I'm running +40s with no issues and compos are +44 I think. All really close. -

Cost to replace one front strut
FWIW If changing the damper (not just the spring), I'd change both so they match. It might feel a little weird with one fresh damper and one old one. Changing the whole thing doesn't look too hard (though I haven't had cause to do it personally just yet!). -

Assuming it's the same as a US spec car in this regard a regular OBDII reader should be able to scan for OBDII things (this is basically limited to engine/emissions items, our government mandates this), but a vehicle specific reader/programmer can do a whole lot more beyond the basics...- BikePilot

Fuel Line Replacement
I don't know too much about it but they are likely talking about the high pressure fuel pumps (there are two, each driven off the cams I believe). There is a low pressure fuel pump in the tank I think and then a high pressure pump on the engine. These are direct injection engines. Maybe try... -
Jump start short + puff of smoke = charging sys. fault
If the charging voltage is correct so is the amperage, can't have one without the other so no worries there. I would take a close look at as many ground locations as possible. That smoke came from somewhere and whatever it is is probably in need of help. It's possible it overheated a ground... -
