Crossover Pipe - Replace Pre-Emptively?
Seafoam would make no difference assuming you are putting it in the gas tank. Fuel is injected downstream of the intake valves. BG or similar introduced through the vacuum system might do some good. I doubt that build up really hurts anything though. -

Yes, rennlist. I have a Porsche sports car and considered a cayenne before getting the land Rover so poked around a bit in the cayenne forums. Look in the cayenne 955 forum, I think there's a sticky near the top that summarizes common issues. Iirc valve bodies are a common problem on 2004... -

Clunking persists after new bushings
Sway bar bushings are known to fail and can clunk. Since it's under warranty I'd just take it back and let them deal with it. -
Terrible audio
HK system here as well and it sounds quite good to my ears . -
LR4 Brake pads
Nice! I put those pads on my wife's Saab and have been really pleased with them. -
285/60R18 Truth or Fiction?
265/60r18 st Maxx (great tires btw) fit without rubbing on my 2011 LR4, but there is very little surplus clearance in the wheelwells and no extra clearance in the spare tire well. I'm pretty sure that a 285/60 would not fit in the spare tire well and would rub the wheelwells . Possibly it could... -

I believe that's correct, though I can't comment on the lr3 wheels. I can confirm that 265/60r18 Cooper st Maxx tires fit with no mods and no rubbing, but also no real room to spare. Any material amount larger at all and it definitely wouldn't fit in the spare tire well when inflated. I've got... -

I have not run them bit I am very impressed with Cooper st Maxx tires so far. They are a bit more aggressive and, I suspect, durable, than ko2s. Not cheap though. -

I have the truck back with a new oem dff and that fixed it right up! I love the idea of the arb but wasn't motivated enough to make it happen. -
Rotor wear advice
FWIW turning a rotor that's in spec takes off only a tiny bit of metal. In terms of heat capacity, running around with half-worn pads will reduce capacity by much more than a few thousands of an inch off the rotor (and that's really just the high spots, done right you barely graze the low... -
Approaching end of lease...decision time
Sounds like a great, well optioned truck! The drive line lash could be engine, trans, or diff bushings softening up. That's probably more likely than an internal transmission issue. -
Rotor wear advice
Machining rotors is no big deal. Try another shop. If they've got enough meat on them just turn them down and you are all set. Takes 10 minutes with a proper layth setup and one bit will do many, many rotors. -

It's the front diff. The shop is working on options for replacement. Really impressed with the speed and approach by Roadside Were here in Denver.
