Well, I got all the following done:
1. New struts for the hood
2. New struts for the tailgate
3. New spare tire winch
4. Air filter for cabin
Now the electrical system is having a wobble!
Well, after some TLC my LR3 threw a wobbly at me!
After being sat out for a week the battery died. So I charged it over night and it ran fine for a few days. I did the 753 screen check on the voltage and it was all over the place, 12.0V to 14.0V.
The wife drove it to work on Friday and and on...
I ordered a few bits
1. New struts for the hood
2. New struts for the tailgate
3. New spare tire winch as mine has stopped working
4. Air filter for cabin
Now, my GPS has stopped working and my third brake light plastic is cracked. So I need to investigate that. My front parking sensors seem...
Yeah, i have this issue too. 2 things I have been told about.
1. Stick a bar of irish spring soap under your hood somewhere, apparently the strong smell keeps rata away
2. Get a "rat zapper" and put near your car.

A couple of weeks have passed and there is no change. I was drawn into panic for no reason by the look of it...
I guess since we paid our LR3 off I have just been waiting for something to go wrong! It only has 71k miles on it though!
It appears to be that time... I got the "low power mode" on the stereo again..

I got stung for $1300 last...
when I insert my hitch receiver it locks in very solid. No play at all. The green handle does wobble a little. I have the newer short receiver, not sure if the pin is the same...
