I agree that it wouldn't want it too low as you'll definitely run the risk of damaging the glass roof. I lowest I cleared was 6'7" and that's with the rear expedition style rack which can be removed. As for build quality, i think FR definitely did their homework as their stuff really is top... -

ARB/Engel Fridge - Who's Got One??
I also have the ARB 37 and it works great. However on the 2013 LR4, the car shuts off all power after a few minutes so I am unable to keep the fridge running unless I keep the car on. I think there is a fuse I can pull to bypass that. -

I just got this done. I went with OEM pads and ordered it from Rocklin Land Rover who gives great discounts on OEM stuff. For front and rear pads, with all sensors, the part costed around $250-$300. My indie shop charged $150 for labor. The stealership wanted $1100 for the service...good... -

any of you for hire to do this job? haha, I have the ARB fridge and while it works great when the car is running, on longer trips where we stay in one place, I had to plug the fridge into my buddy's FJ. The 2013 LR also cuts off all power after a few minutes so I am unable to keep the fridge... -

offroaders - what shoes do you wear?
i figured most of us do a little hiking after wheeling so just curious what shoes you are wearing...but those five fingers are insane looking. Pretty sure they are like driving shoes where the sole is really thin but I doubt they will feel comfortable on hikes??? -

I usually just toss on my old hiking boots but on our last weekend trip up the Los Padres National Forest I decided that the boots needed to be retired. Always thought driving with hiking boots to be a little clumsy and curious if you guys have better options? And to showoff my truck :) -

Removing factory extended roof rails
yes, the round caps are impossible to remove without breaking the tabs...which is what happened. other than that, it is pretty straight forward. the rails are off now and the new rack is on :) -

sooo i just finished assembling my new Frontrunner full rack and before I attempt to install it on the roof...has anyone installed this? The installation should be really straight forward but I have sat radio and want to know if it clears the rack? -

I have the NV Core, it's 40lbs...not that bad? You can order the cable locks and it works very well. -

squeaky driver seat
my dealer was able to fix the squeak by making adjustments on the trim and applying lubricant. anyway, squeak gone!
