Daily driver. I'm in Kentucky and it's been sub freezing quite a bit since I've had it. I've kinda heard it before but it was most pronounced this morning. It got down to 8 degrees last night which is the coldest morning since I've owned it. 43k miles on it.
Just had the exact same noise. 2012, 10 degrees, flat driveway, sitting for 12 hours. I've heard it before but it wasn't as noticeable. Had a dealer oil change 2 months ago.
I have a 2012 with 38k miles. The compressor is fairly quiet and don't notice it running very often. I'm sure it probably does run on startup but don't really notice it over the engine running. My second gear does shift a little harder, but nothing that concerns me and I generally worry about...
I have about 4K miles on 19 inch Zeons. Definitely more highway noise than stock Continentals but no change in ride quality. I have one off road weekend with them and they performed great. I can't comment on their rock durability. I was very close to getting the Duratracs.
Hi,
I'm a new LR4 owner in Louisville, KY. It's an HSE Lux and replaced my too car like X5. I'm loving it so far and recently did the Land Rover course at the Biltmore.
If anyone would like to get out this Sunday (6/12) let me know. I'll post something in the outings.
