@umbertob IIDtool.. for the life of me I can't find that my IID has the function to reset BMS to tell the computer I have a new battery... I found in another thread you mentioned this path...but maybe the path is different for a 2008? (I've looked at all the other menus to no avail) Main Menu... -

Problems With the LR3
I'll check code as soon as my IID arrives from Island 4x4. Ordered 12/24 was due to ship 1/4. Received a note I was dispatched yesterday. They are VERY slow to respond to inquiries. I want order from them again. Now PowerfulUK. Spot on quick ship I've received packages in 2-4 days once... -

Problems With the LR3
Question. What do you think the sound is in the clip? It only happens on cold start - listen to entire clip as it sound stops once the initial cold start revs cool down. Side note as I've just had the a/c and condenser replaced about 800 miles ago. Thx for input. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk -

I was surprised how our local dealer was displaying the model range overall. I like how they call out all the trim levels at once. Now who's going to be the first one to buy a first edition as a CPO?- LR4USN

@Surfrider77 The exact reason I picked up a well cared for 08 LR3 HSE Lux this summer. Sure it's a tad dated on the infotainment, but LR was never cutting edge or keeping pace with other manufacturers. Fundamentally the 3/4 are the same just the 4 is more luxurious as the 3 is more utilitarian...- LR4USN

Removing the headliner will be a pia. I wonder if adding a TPMS sensor to the spare would be the easier and less costly route. I did read that the spare must be paired by driving the LR and will register with the ecu automatically, and then you can place it in the spare tire storage. Since... -

I took my LR3 to the dealer they updated the car so it wouldn't look for a spare and set the value to NULL. This worked for about two days now the messages are back and all pressures are correct....so it looks like a new ECU unit is needed, based on the dealer visit, at a price of $400 and some... -

TPMS sensor needs to paired? 2010 LR4
@umbertob I've have new LR tpms installed for 2 weeks and they won't sync up. Dealer wants $75 to get them to sync. Will the Gap tool work to sync them? Installed new tires and rims 20s Thx -

Finally got my gloss black LAND ROVER letters...
Yep I have the rear badge and will put on today. Just haven't had the time. Thinking of trying to find a MY '10+ to get rid of the faded black handle on the hatch. I can't fine anyone who sells a gloss black to match the grill and door handles. Plus on radar is to find a RRS and grab a used... -

TPMS Warning light comes on and off
My LR3 is doing this as well over the past month. I figured it was a leaky valve stem, but now that I have new rim/tires and installed as well as new Land Rover TMPS it must be something else. All pressures are correct for the tires. Things that make you go hummmm!
