I am not sure they will update just because you request but you can try. Simply state that you would want the latest and greatest and for them to update to the most current revision for the system's firmware. Cameras help
I believe you need one of the proprietary LR tools to calibrate cameras along with PDC. I do not believe an independent shop has the equipment because it is quite costly and unless they only service LR/RR it would be a rather costly item to purchase for the off-chance they may need to use it.- iconoclast

Is the LR4 good for daily highway travel?
If you are fine with the fuel consumption of any of the motors offered it is by far one of the most comfortable casual cruisers one could purchase. No idea, but I imagine there is considering it's a rather old and "buggy" platform to begin with so I assume there are updates. I know the 2016 runs on Denso 2511 while 2012/2013 are on Denso 09F5. No arguments here. The TMC in these vehicles is FM based so it is probably the worst and slowest to update with second place being the Satellite TMC Feed for other vehicles. . Yes, I prefer them and until there is a phone navigation system that integrates into the oem GUI or HUD I will continue to use them. If you're a technological Neophiliac who demands the newest or better tech than the LR4 or Land Rover in general isn't for you.- iconoclast

Trailer Hitch Key...
I was able to circumvent the locking mechanism and release the hitch. The lock is still intact and functional however I can now release the hitch whenever I like without having to use a key.- iconoclast

Trailer Hitch Key...
They can remove it by replacing the tumbler and handle. 1hr labor + $45 for the assembly. Where is it located? I looked to see if I could find one on the handle itself like some other receivers have but no luck. 1D19- iconoclast

Disabling 2014 ECO Switch
