From my experience Audi and then BMW have the best factory navigation systems currently with RTTI that is incredibly accurate with Inrix data. Audi's RNS-E unit was a decade ahead of the competition in the 2006. No other Marque offered something better or comparable until nearly ten years later...- iconoclast

layout, orientation, placement of switches. types of switches, vents, placement of vents, glove box, area above glove box, door pulls, center arm rest, etc. there are fair amount of similarities.- iconoclast

Safe Temp Range LR4 V8
E63 crowd uses water wetter and swear by it... I wasn't a believer until i flushed the coolant and did a mix on my own E63 Wagon. Temp was in the 210 range before and after it sat between 197-199 consistently. If you are concerned with high temps in your motor perhaps this may be something to...- iconoclast

exactly, it all comes down to person preference. your car, your cash, your call but in the same vein i never understood why people would "up-badge" because the people you're trying to impress don't care and those that would care know you're a poseur.- iconoclast

funny, i remove the lettering from all my vehicles because they the opposite of "down-spec". i have no interest in impressing others with a badge but some people do by "up-badging" either way i just feel it is a cleaner look without any additional badges than the marque itself.- iconoclast

Debating on swapping the lettering to Discovery or going naked with a "debadged" look on the hood to match the rear of the vehicle. Has anyone on here removed the letters from the hood? If so could you post a photo or two?- iconoclast

Plastic in wheel well
This has been stuffed in every fender of every LR/RR I have owned. It is installed for insulation but it fills with water and rots. I have removed them on every vehicle.- iconoclast
