More definitive, but yet...Not my truck, but I have personally seen a nav display the rear diff locked when you would expect it needed to, except this particular truck did not have a locking rear diff. Confirmed with visual inspection. Not sure if was an oddity, but a dealer reflash didnt fix... -

Not true. There are some V8 SE's with the Heavy duty package (full size spare and locking rear diff). Not sure which years. The only way to tell for sure is to look or have the dealer run you vin#. Many previous owners add a full size spare and this in no longer a good indicator, unless you... -

Mine too, just picked it up. Replaced compressor because of a leak. Ultimatly fixed by replacing front right height sensor. -

Swapping 2008 rear lights with 2010
Im not a huge fan of the LR4 lamps, but these are much worse and about same price: the picture doesn't do it justice, i couldnt find a better picture that shows the cone shaped lamps and the clear plastic trim on these. -

Ahh - waterloo Canada. There is one here in update NY too. Agreed on the dying battery. that was my suspicion too. When I went back to pick up my sunglasses, the central locking was acting oddly - would only unlock/lock the drivers door. -

I had the exact same problem last week when it turned cold in Rochester. Only difference was mine sank in the front to the bump stops. My dealer diagnosed it as a failing air compressor. Im not sold on the diagnosis, but I dont have a better suggestion. The compressor has been on back order... -

Non OEM Hitch Choices
CONS - If you off road, you will lose some rear departure angle clearance. You will still need the LR towing electrics to work correctly. Youll have an extra $200 burning a hole in you pocket ;-) -

That foam padding has to help. The deer was tossed about 15 feet, got up and ran away. I figured the padding must be some euro pedestrian friendly thing. It definitely saved my insurance company from buying a new grill, lights, and possibly bumper and hood. -

Joined the 'flatbed' club
2006 with original battery. I mentioned that because when I stopped by yesterday to pick up some stuff it didnt have enough juice to properly lock/unlock. I asked them to check that out and fix my non-locking fuel door while it sits.
