Wanting To Paint Wheels Flat Black - Suggestions?
I sprayed mine in a day with the rubber still on (masked off with tape). Used this: Still looks great over a year later. maybe one or two chunks missing, but I blame that on curbs not the paint. Ill post an updated pic with the new rubber next week. -[edit]- sorry for the big pic... -
Replacing my General At2
Got 32000 very enjoyable miles out of them (and probably could get another 5k). I was happy to replace them with the same but +1 size, but they have been on backorder forever. So, moving up to the Duratracs tomorrow! Actually the wife insisted on meatier tires!! She's a keeper. -

RC enables cross linked air suspension. One wheel goes up, the opposing wheel goes down simulating a solid axle. -
What did you do to your LR3 today?
Funny. New front pass control arm + bushings for me also today. About $600 incl alignment + $550 for 60k maintenance + $800 for new tires. Ouch! -

Joined the 'flatbed' club
Replaced the compressor and two sensors, but the ultimate fix (from memory) was a short in the wiring near the height sensor. The truck really did not like the wet and cold combo, so we moved to VA. Probably got an extra year or two out of the original battery by moving too. Still kicking on... -

Nice write up! I like the window screens - where did you find them? BTW - Im dont think my AT tires would have gotton out of that mud. Not atleast from a dead stop and the 35K I have on them now. I would suggest a 2nd set of wheels and MT tires for stuff like that. -

2006 LR3 Dash Kit for Pioneer AV Receiver
