Get a tire depth guage for $3-$4 at an auto store and get an accurate measurement of tread depth. The original depth can be found online, if it is the stock size tire then it would have been 12/32". The usuable life of most tires is down to about 4/32" (the legal limit here in PA is 2/32"), so... -

Is the sunroof suppose to leak into the runoff tray when closed in heavy rain??
To be honest, I have never checked this in the manner you described. My wife has the Duratracs in 255/55/19 on her 08 RR and they are great tires. No flat spots, smooth ride. The only downside would be that they do hum on the highway and it does get louder as they wear. We have about 20,000 miles on them andd they still perform great in all conditions, she... -

Now that there is sufficient inventory on hand, it is clearer where Land Rover is positioning this vehicle. There are more D5's over 80k than there are under 60k. 2005 LR3 seriously annoying whine from engine....
Sounds like a typical alternator starting to go sound to me. Has it ever been replaced? I have had drive belts do that as well, if they develop enough tiny cracks they start making noise, even if they are still functional. -
