They do snap on, mine came painted off a wrecked vehicle just wrong color. I think I ordered clips off eBay. Im not sure if it will clean up, the scratches may be to deep to buff out so it may need to be painted. -

Call your warranty company directly and ask if the dealer submitted a warranty request for coverage. Little frustrating I know but every time anything goes wrong it's $500 minimum lol... -
Alarm going off randomly. No message center alert
My LR4 started this, the hood switch is a crappy design, I tried to stretch the arm to make better contact but that failed so I made a small jumper completely bypassing the switch and that solved my random alarm problem. -
Extended warranty
I bought the carmax warranty when we bought the wifes 08'RR and paid around $4k, hands down paid for it's self plus ten. $100 dec at independent shops or $250 at the dealership. Little update, I started to notice a little white smoke at startup so I ran it to the shop and they had to replace the passenger side valve cover so now I am up to $5800 grand total on the rolling brick. I will say after the updates the only thing you can hear is the injectors. -

After reading and seeing the videos I became paranoid lol, at cold start up it sounds normal ZERO noise, no metallic ticking or anything but after driving around and say run inside the store it would have this loud clanking for a few minutes then goes away. It ran perfect so yes preemptively. -
