I just started having this issue!! Granted, my dash has been torn apart already by the service department a few times but it bugs the Sh*t out of me! -

This is interesting as I have never had this issue..... Not sure what a quality fix for this would be. Any kind of wrap covers up the LR logo. Plus not sure how easy it is to wrap around the knob or the top of the knob itself. -

The $250K seems extreme to me. Most of these I have seen at multiple dealers are right at the $142K. -

Might actually be a hydraulic tensioner now that I think about it. Either way, it relates to keeping the timing chain taught. There was evidently a bad batch that made it into the LR's (LR4, RRS, RRFF) in 2011. There will be a noise associated with it when it first acts up and then from there... -

One issue I know of between those years is the hydraulic tensioner issue in the 5.0 engine. This was an issue in 2011 and you will want to find a vehicle that has had this replaced or has under about 40k miles. Or, simply keep your eye out for the issues. I believe there is a TSB out for that... -

This is by far the worst part of all. That and when the vehicle ruins your plans and you are no where near your home. It basically controls your life because you never know what will happen next. Glad you have gotten your situation on the right track. -

I don't think you can go back that far. I saw something yesterday about how the lug nuts were different between the wheels. I'll have to look back at my history and see if I can find the place that said that. -

All manufacturers state the same measurements but that doesn't always mean the tires when mounted on the vehicle will measure out to the stated size. Best example I have is the 37x12.5x17 BFG AT's are a 37" tire but typically will measure out to 35-35.5" when mounted on a Jeep. But if you get... -

What Axel said! The 32" mark is iffy. I really just don't care to run BFG AT's. Maybe if the AT2 version comes out soon I will consider them but in the Toyo's the closest LT tire is the 275/65. The 265/65 is a P tire. Plus the BFG's always run pretty small. Another reason why I try to... -

Well. Quite a few people run the BFG ATs and Nitto Terra's. Umberto runs the Yokos and Scott Brady is running the Rocky Mountains on the OJ LR4. -
