Akebono Ceramic Pads?
Interesting. I ended up going with Textar pads and rotors for the time being. I just wanted a bit more piece of mind for towing etc. -
Looking at a few CPO cars, a few questions on what to look for.
I thought the same thing but I test drove one that was a base HSE with no heated seats, no heated wheel or windshield, no memory seat etc etc etc. There are base models out there with next to nothing just FYI. -

Im not 100% on when the Gen 3 was released. Sometime around the LR4... I think slightly after. Yes you can pick them up from any dealer. The Gen 2 was on my CPO'd LR3. -

Great feedback. Im still a bit perplexed by his comments on the receiver though. "The 550/700 thing is a weird Land Rover thing... The receiver can only handle 550. It's a limit of that stupid 500$ cast piece that fits into the bumper. The 700lb is what the draw bar can handle. So u have to... -

Cool. Love to hear how the Henley works out etc. Please report back. I like the features on those Roo's. My only thought right now without looking at them is I wish they had a model in-between with a single soft side and a hard side. Would make it more flexible for me in colder weather etc. -

For sure on the dealer not knowing. I used to own a independent performance motorsport company and dealers would tell my BMW customers the goofiest things. Honestly it says 770 on the Gen 3 and thats enough for me to believe in it. Awesome Trailer! What model? Considering an Airstream but... -

Here is a great little reference article. The tongue weight on this airstream model is around 700-800lbs depending exactly which one it is. Its a 25 foot + trailer that weights around 5500lbs dry. Im going with the 770 rating on the V3 mount and will probably look into something around... -

Nice. I have a lux 11 with everything but the HD. Couldn't find one with HD so I just pulled the trigger. Just put on 275 Terra's on my 20s as well. Going with a front runner rack as well. How was the install? -

CEL: Barometric Pressure Sensor
My code came back on yes. I ended up replacing the MAP sensor. Going back to OEM filters. Cleaning the TB and cleaning the MAF sensors. It has not come back since then. :cool: -
How can you tell if an LR4 has the Vision Assist Package?
Dont trust what any salesman or even owner says. Run the VIN. Its the only way to be sure what package was on the car during production. Sometimes there are slight additions that are added via the dealer but for the most part this is the only way to tell. Especially things like HD package etc... -
