Anyone running Rover's North 2" lift rods?

Best investment I made. Can do so much with the tool, it negates a lot of the aftermarket stuff. Plus it gives you the ability to return it back to stock, when needed.

Big Big Issue with my 2012 LR4!!

Most dealers troll these forums, so you may or may not want to burn that bridge. It's really up to the OP. If I had a problem like this, i would have no problem naming the dealer. Sometimes public shame is the only way to get them to do the right thing, or change processes to ensure it doesn't...

What the heck is this thing?

^^^^ What he said. Although as low tech as it may be, almost all ladder frames use some form of the pendulum/dampener weights, from the G-wagon to many modern SUVs, and trucks. I get what you saying, but time is money and this is an easy proven solution.

    RRS Front Brake Upgrade

No way that much $$$ if you patient the calipers pop up on ebay and Craigslist and can be had for 300-500 a pair. New pads and rotors are not that much more than stock LR4 brakes. I was more worrying about the logistics. Worst case I have to have a bracket made, but wanted to see if someone else...

    RRS Front Brake Upgrade

I'm sure the questions has been asked. I'm due for another pad swap and was wondering what it would take to to the RRS Brembo setup? I am assuming that the caliper/pad carrier would have to changed, but anything else? Not sure it would offer significant braking ability, but would look cool...

Big Big Issue with my 2012 LR4!!

When there is smoke there is fire. I would suspect the same. Technician was in a rush and was doing the service and brakes at the same time, and was not paying attention one of three things happened One - Never filled the truck back up after draining the oil Two - Forgotten to tighten the...

Need advice on LR4 20 inch wheel tire options

I Run 285/50/20 Cooper Zeon LTZs. They are definitely more aggressive than the factory size, and will not fit the need for desert/bolder applications, due to the still relatively low side wall compared to the 18" options. Keep in mind my LR4 is stock. I do program a lift in when going off road...

Anyone have 3 car seats in 2nd row?

I have two of the Recaro Sport Combination Great because they go from a harnessed safety seat to a high back booster. My nephew regularly rides in between them with no issue. Amazon.com : RECARO Performance SPORT Combination Harness to Booster, Knight : Child Safety Booster Car Seats : Baby

    Rear window problem

Sounds like a programming issue. Roll the window all the way down and hold the button down for 10 seconds (from the drivers switch) Then proceed to roll the window all the way up and hold the button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't fix it, sounds like the drivers switch is bad.

    LR5 Release Updates?

I have been keeping quite about this for about 4 weeks now but... tail gate

The tail gate is the only "door" that can be opened which the suspension raises or lowers. The idea it to make it easier to load/offload, and not have to make sure the door is closed prior.

LR4 One Take The Smoking Tire

I run 20" rims with over-sized Cooper Zeon LTZ's. I have had no issues with rock, sand, mud or snow (dedicated snow tires). While I do admit, my lines are dictated by the lack of sidewall and the size of the wheel. I have never been in a situation where I though the 20" wheels were a hindrance.

WHEEL and TIRE DILEMMA WITH LR4's

I can assure you the 285/50r20 tire size will fit, and is a good compromise for guys with the 20" wheels They do however rub on the frame to body mounts at full lock in the front wheel well, with some articulation involved (level surface, full lock = no problems). I run the Cooper Zeon LTZ...
