Land Rover Tailgate Noise
My tailgate and rear noise are my only real complaints. Mine is horribly loud. I've replaced the updated rubber tab guides (I had the spring mounts) and have had no luck. It's the one weak spot for noise in my opinion. If you have a quiet tailgate area you're lucky. -

I agree, however what we're going to see is the Land Rover vehicles become purpose built with good offroad capability. Range Rover vehicles (Evoque, etc) will be more luxurious and less capable. The new RRS will have 7 seats and take the place of a lux LR4. -

Rob I agree with you, would think the D5 LR5 would have these changes. However, the D5 LR5 will be a basic model more like the Defender. From what I've read the next D5 LR5 will be less luxurious and head back towards its roots as a workhorse. I bet LR will make any improvements they can to keep... -
