    IIRC, i get right about 8 quarts out using my extractor. so i refilled with 8 quarts and that put me very close to the max fill mark. its very possible that you overfilled by about 1/2 quart, assuming your extractor removes the same amount as mine.

    you should have no problem selling it privately. low mileage LR4s are worth their weight in gold. why replace the brakes and tires? are they bad? id skip replacing the tires. the new owner may want a specific type of tire. asjust the selling price accordingly if selling with bad tires though.

    Not yet. I plan to use non oem parts, and I'm sure a minor wiring terminal changes will be needed. From my understanding, a 10" low profile subwoofer is needed. The issue is, I'm not sure what ohms to use.

    LR4 Transmission Fluid Change: Pan Swap Option

    it makes me sad only 6 months ago i replaced my pan and used the paper gasket. i wish i knew of this gasket upgrade at the time. the supplied paper gasket is allowing fluid to seep through. there is no pooling or drips, but there is definitely a residue of fluid around the entire pan at the gasket.

    Heated windshield not working

    happy to report that replacing my 30amp fuses with 40amp has solved the problem. and there are no signs of heating/melting at the fuse block. If it makes a difference, i have a fuyao windshiled installed.

    same thing...no? the point is that the computer will not display the oil level until at least 15 minutes after the engine was last ran. overnight (first thing in the morning) is more than 15 minutes. reason for this is the oil has to settle to the pan in order to give an accurate reading.

    Your wheels don't seem gloss black to you, because they are not gloss black. they look like some one has painted your stock gloss black wheels to be a matte finish. Try a body shop. They may be able to custom match some touch up paint.

    i have no experience with this hitch, but a youtube video shows the hitch being installed, and the latch lever is in the same position as yours when installed.
