Don't know what you mean by "work the belts"... If I am on a trail I prefer not to wear the seat belt, it can get in the way. As mentioned above, you can turn off the beltminder chime (and you don't need a diagnostics tool for that.) -

I saw a longer video of this on Facebook. A tow truck pulled him out a short time later. Engine was making funny noises when he restarted it (I imagine quite a bit of saltwater in the engine bay and passenger side air intake), but he drove away unassisted. -

Reset is done with a diagnostics tool for those model years (dealer or aftermarket tools such as IIDTool can do it.) Only 2014s and later can be reset without it. -

All I can tell you is that in 2013 I purchased a set of compatible sensors for my early build 2013 (5 of them including the full size spare, 315 MHz like yours) from an online outfit, and my tire shop installed them on my new PD1880 rims. Didn't ask them at the time if they had any issues... -

I don't believe cost was a factor, but rather it was a style choice at the time, if you think about it back in 2009 when the LR4 was launched LED strips were nowhere near as ubiquitous - and nowhere near as obnoxiously overused, in my opinion - as they are today in virtually every friggin' car... -
DIY Oil Change for LR4
My regimen: oil and filter change religiously every 7500 miles - that's about every 3 months for me - using "cheap" 5W-20 Mobil 1 EP from Walmart, and a BG fuel and air induction service every 30K, so once a year (about $120 locally.) 135K miles / 217K km so far, and the engine is as smooth as new. -

Head unit issue
Based on your troubleshooting results, my guess would be that you have a bad amp. The integrated audio module processes the one device in the loop that doesn't require audio amplification (the camera) but disables every other source, since the power amplifier is now bypassed. -
Does Air suspension need to be in Offroad mode for Hoisting jack?
The problem is, you can't "lock it down". When you jack up one wheel, it doesn't really matter which height you start from, access or off-road, the suspension will extend all the way down before the tire gets off the ground. -
Spare 19" rim?
I searched "19" LR4" on eBay and got several classified ads for individual OEM wheels, from $215 and up. If the style doesn't matter to you, there should be quite a few to pick from. -

Are you sure your TPMS works at 315 MHz and not 433 (this would be spelled out in your VIN's build specs)? The frequency switch occurred during MY2013 production, so if yours is a late build 2013 you may have the wrong frequency sensors installed in the wheels. The limited service /compact spare... -
About those Plastic Windshield ticket tabs...
I never had those on my 2006 Sport or 2013 LR4. Were they standard issue on the LR3?
